Speed and Conditioning

The program is designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment.

The program places a high priority on running technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. These are vital in establishing an athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation. The body is primed for new information and ready to ingrain new movement patterns.  As athletics (track and field) has elements in all sport, this program uses training methodologies from track to develop speed.

Individual Sessions

As this is a private session, the fee will be $60 per hour with the 100% undivided attention given to the athlete.

Group Sessions

As this is a group session (max 12 athletes), the fee will be $130 per hour. Please add addition $5/athlete to maximum of 18. Both the parents and the club will have the options for more sessions in the future.

NOT ANOTHER BOOTCAMP

This program is not a boot camp.  It is a training camp to get you in shape for whatever you want to do.  Session can be private or group 1 day a week at $60 a session.
